USBメモリをVFAT[W95 FAT32 (LBA)]でフォーマットする。

1. パーティション タイプの変更
2. VFATフォーマット

すでにVFATフォーマットのパーティションがあれば不要だが、VFATパーティションが無い場合は作成もしくはタイプを変更する。

fdiskコマンドでパーティションタイプを変更する。
